Visitor Visa based on CSQ?

Is it possible to get Visitor Visa based on CSQ?
Any one has applied like that?

You don't need a CSQ to apply for a visitor visa and having a CSQ doesn't guarantee a visitor visa will be approved.

If you want to visit Canada - you would simply apply for a normal TRV.

I see, CSQ is not required for TRV. But, Could CSQ be included to get better chance?
