I am an agent and submitted about 1,000 Canada Visitor Visa applications (V-1 only. super visa pg-1, student/work visa s-1 w-1 excluded) in the year of 2025, as of today. Compared to last year 2024, the refusal application is about 25-30% higher than 2024...PAs without a valid US non-immigrant visa are more likely to get refused than those who have one. Much worse than expected.
