Are you newly married? Has he applied to sponsor you? Normally you would be denied but there is a chance you will be approved. Impossible to say why some spouses are getting TRVs but in general many spouses have received TRVs because their sponsorship have been delayed and have been in process for a much longer time. Do you have a job or property to return to?

Are you currently working? The big issue is that you aren’t a true visitor if you have no proof that you will be returning home. Would add that in many provinces you won’t be entitled to free healthcare. Normally there would be no chance but with covid you have a chance. Would have a plan B.
