Visitor Visa Applied from Mumbai for parents

Hello all,

My parents have applied visitors visa from Mumbai, India using vfs. They have applied on January 30, 2015. As per the tracking information provided by vfs, it shows that the application was sent to Canada Visa Office in Bangalore for processing. Its already been 18 days now and there is no update.

Is it normal ? If any one knows the timeframe for visa processing from Bangalore.

It should normally take between 8-10 business days for visitor visas processed by the Bangalore consulate

The 18 days you mention are calendar days.... so don't worry

Don't worry, it is a busy time now, mine took almost 2 months.
