My husband applied for both of our visitor visas and got his biometric letter. When he checked under my name, it said that I didn't need to provide biometrics. We assumed that since he was the one applying for both, only he needed to provide biometrics. He went and gave his biometrics on March 8, 2022. When he went to check the status of his application, he saw that his application says submitted and my application shows refused. We realized that they had also asked for my biometrics later which we missed. The letter we received today says that the application is being refused due to failure to provide the biometrics by March 18, 2022. Reading through other posts, I saw I could still go for an appointment with an expired letter and I am trying to fill the webform as well to let them know that I missed the biometric letter. It is asking for the visa office processing my application and within US, there are two options: LA and New York and I cannot figure out which one is processing my application? I need advice on two: 1. Should I submit biometric and webform, even though it already shows refused on the status? or should I start a new application and pay the fees again
