VISITOR VISA APPLICATION NOT SUBMITTED YET AFTER PAYMENT

I tried to submit my visitor VISA application online on 27 April 2019, everything was fine up until I paid the application fee. I got confirmation that the transaction was successful but I didn't get a confirmation page that my application was submitted.
Also in My CIC account the application is still showing under 'not yet submitted'.. anybody pls. help me on this matter..

I advise to submit a web form enquiry:
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
Do not forget to attach the receipt/statement showing the transaction.

Something similar happened to a friend of mine- he submitted the application but received no confirmation until a few days after. I suggest you give it a couple of days. Also, in my friend's case the date submitted was incorrect too.

thanks for advise but let you know that i already informed to CIC through web from on 29 April 19 & also reminded them twice... till date no response from CIC.. now i am frustrating & feeling helpless..

Hi,

If you are in Canada, probably reach to the Customer Support Centre on 1-888-242-2100, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST/EDT.
May be they can provide a better resolution.
PS: On an average the wait time is around 30 minutes.

My brother lives in Canada... he talked with them but they are giving illogical answer that u can use same transaction receipt for submit to same application...Now what to do??
