Visitor Visa application July 2025 from India

Hello everyone,

I applied for a visitor visa for my wife in the month of July 2025 from India.
Biometrics completed - 13 July 2025

It's been almost 4 months and there has been no response at all. Is it safe to raise a web form?
A small background, we got married this year in the month of April and applied for Spouse PR in October 2025 recently.
