Hi everyone
I need an urgent help, I am currently leaving in Canada and have applied for PNP PR and received AOR in Mid August 2015. My wife have applied few time for visitor visa but refused and once for Open work permit on my post graduate work permit but again rejected because my work permit is getting expire less than 6 month although that PG work permit is extendable.
Now we have our wedding anniversary in January and I want my wife to visit me Canada for really short span on 25 days. But I am confused that if her application for PNP PR is in process with my application, should I make her apply for one more time for visitor visa.
Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
