Visitor Visa apllied online from other country was refused

Dear All,

I am working for Indian company, where in they have sent me to china for 2 months business trip . During trip I have applied Online visitor visa for canada on 5th May,2018 from china and selected India visa office because I don't have China resident card/work visa. While filling up online application I have attached following docs online:

1. Job appointment letter
2. Company leave sanction Noc For canada
3. Salary slips
4. Income tax returns
5. Hotel booking
6. Friend information staying at canada
7. Reason- leisure & Tourism
8. Passport stamp- wherein last entru was china
After uploading all these documents than also visa refused on 5th June , 2018 due to reasonds mentioned below:

You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
1. travel history
2. Family ties in Canada and in country of residence
3.Current employment situation
4.Personal assets and financial status

You are requested to let me know how I can reapply for visitor visa.

How long do you want to visit Canada?

1. travel history

The visa officer would like to see previous short visits to visa-required countries. Have you traveled to the US, UK, Schengen countries, Australia, NZ, Japan, etc?

Also, a 2 months' visit to China is very long for business reasons.

2. Family ties in Canada and in country of residence

Do you live with family members who are dependent on you?
You have mentioned hotel reservations. So how will your Canadian friend support your visit?
Is your host more than a friend? For example, a girlfriend?

3.Current employment situation

I believe this refusal reason has to do with your China visit (length of stay, who is paying for your stay, etc). The visa officer probably believes you might overstay/visit Canada for a similar purpose of visit.

Do you have a compelling work/personal reason to return to India that can be proved?

4.Personal assets and financial status

Do you own property/land or have a lease in your name?
Do you have financial investments (FDs, RDs, shares/stocks, mutual funds, pension funds, etc)?

I would like to visit canada for only 1 week.

1. No I dont have any short term visa for above mentioned countries , In china company send me for business sourcing on M visa which has maximum stay for 30 days. I have been to UAE, Hong Kong and macau in past.

2. I have mentioned hotel reservation and friend (boy) just for referal he knows me with whome I will go to see canada nothing else. No body is dependent on me .

3. For my china visit everything is paid by the company from stay to food. I am returing India because company is sending me for exhibition in US where in I have to go for visa interview and renewal of china visa too. So, my plan was that during US visit I will go to canada too for tourism because I don't need to spend more money. I have to meet my family too.

One more thing why I will overstay or not return from canada as passport will expire on 25/05/2019. I am asking for 1 week visa only.

4. No , I don't have any property or land . Even not a FD, RD because I keep balance in account. If you suggest I will get 10000 CAD dollar fixed deposit.


Sir, please let me know how should I apply again for visitor visa. Your reply will be

I would like to visit canada for only 1 week.

You must prepare a detailed day-by-day plan for your Canada visit with complete expense estimates. And, prove you can afford this visit + airfare.

You had mentioned a business visit of 2 months in China. Anyways

I have been to UAE, Hong Kong and macau in past.

None of these countries will help as travel history for your Canada TRV approval.

An invitation letter from him won't help as he is not supporting your visit (no accommodation nor paying/taking care of your travel and living expenses). Nonetheless you can include the invitation letter + a copy of his passport and immigration status + his bank statement (not mandatory, only if he is okay to give you this statement).

Where? Canada or India? If in Canada, how are they related to you + what is their immigration status?

That's why you need to prove you won't overstay your visit.

Unfortunately, IMO, you do not have a strong application for a TRV approval (no movable or immovable assets, no strong financials, no lease, no dependent family members, no previous travel history to visa-required countries, frequent business travel to other countries which implies your employment is not linked to any one country to demonstrate stable employment, etc)

I will prepare that no worry from 1st to 7 th day visit to canada from hotel to everthing , I have write these things on plain paper with self authorization. A

No he has not given any invitation letter nor want to provide these all documents. I would like to travel on my expenses

Ok, I will apply after US visa but I have to come back again to china for work. My trip would be China to US , US to Canada, Canada to China. After US visa can I apply again canada visa online so by that time my china visa for business will be renewed.
