Me and my wife, have a valid work permit (expires on 2022/11).
Recently, we noticed that our child (4 years old) visitor record expired on April 2021 which is more than 6 months.
Therefore we can not restore her status online.
I talked to the IRCC agent and he said that she must leave the country.
Another call to IRCC told us to send the request by mail because we can not do it with the online application.
What should I do about this?
I want to apply for the CEC program, too.
