Visitor: Providing biometrics while in Canada

My parents applied and received TRV visas few years ago, when biometrics weren't mandatory for their country.

This year I checked, biometrics is a requirement. Unfortunately, we don't have a location in our country to submit biometrics, and getting them done would require flying to another country.

My mom is currently in Canada with us, she is flying back in a few weeks. Their visas are valid for another couple of years.

I'm trying to think forward, and ideally avoid flyer her to another country next time we will need to apply for TRVs.

So my question is, can she somehow submit her biometrics while she is in Canada, and have it attached to her immigration profile?
