I have a PGWP and I'm waiting for my wife's visitor permit while i got a job.

but it already passed anticipated processing time. it should have been completed last month.

but we haven't seen any update on CIC web site.

From the web site the processing time was 60 days. but its already more than 100 days passed.

What should we do in this case? just wait?

and I might get a job soon. so with some payslips and official paper that i have a professional job.(NOC B)

can she just apply for open work permit even she doesn't get the visitor permit yet?

thanks
johny

60 days is just an estimate. The chances of a TRV are pretty low since I suspect she wants to remain in Canada. Once you are employed in NOC 0,A or B and have 3 pay stubs she can apply for SOWP. No she can not apply until you have the 3 pay slips or she will be refused.
