Visitor having illegal relative in the country

i am illegal person in Canada. my mother, sister and her family from Mexico would like to apply for visa and come, but once they arrived they are going to be asked if they have family here. they can say:
Yes--> in that case they will track me down adn deport me.
NO --> the officials may suspect that's a lie and deny them the entry.

Any way around so they can ente Canada without me being an impediment for them to do so?

I am sorry but it´s because of people like you that immigration gets harder and harder.

no need for them to mention that you are in canada. they can make an excuse that they don't know your whereabouts since your stay is illegal.
