visitor extension transferred to Etobicoke visa office

Hi,

My parents are in Canada on visitor visa and I applied for their visitor extension in April and in mid of May their case transferred to Etobicoke visa office. They also have a permanent residence file in process.

I am wondering anyone any idea why their application transferred to Etobicoke office. Please give me some opinions. I am very worried.

Nothing to worry about.

Their files have been transferred to the Etobicoke office because of this:
