Visitor Extension - PR

I have paid online for the visitor visa extension, is the official receipt all i need to send with the application?

On the CIC instruction guide it says to:

"Do not exit without printing the receipt!

Fill in the Payer Information section by hand.
Attach a copy of this receipt to your completed application. Keep the second copy of the receipt for your records."

Where exactly is this section i fill in by hand? or is it already filled in on the official receipt?

I am confused, are you talking about the receipt for a PR application or for a visitor extension? I did my extension via online so I didn't need to print a receipt.

On a PR application receipt there is a section that needs to be completed. It needs the payee's address and the applicant's info.
