Hi,
I'm applying for an extension to me visitor status. However, I realised too late that I didn't write "Not Applicable" for the spouse and children questions on the family form.
I believe this means my application will be returned as incomplete.

It's my understanding that I'd lose implied status if that happens after my status runs out (in around 30 days).
With the current delays it seems possible my application won't be judged incomplete until after I lose status.

I'd like to know if there's any way to make sure I can correct my application before I lose status.
E.g. should I withdraw this application through the web form and make a new one?
Is there some other way to upload corrected documents?
Thanks

To the best of my knowledge, failure to write Not Applicable in a space that does not apply to the applicant is not in and of itself sufficient to reject an application as incomplete.

Thanks for the reply. I do know a girl who had to reapply over this - but apparently it was the second mistake she made, and was for permanent residency, rather than a visitor extension. Hopefully I'm just worrying too much.
