Hello. I have applied for a visitor extension (I"m an American), and they are 98 days behind on paperwork. I, hopefully, will hear by the end of the month.
Question: IF I am denied my extension, will I be expected to leave the day I receive the notice? or do they give me time to move?
I think the waiting is making me sick. I do not blame them for being behind as I can't imagine how busy they are, but I soooo hope they grant me the 12 month extension. I wish I would have included that my boyfriend and I plan to marry next summer, but I didn't. I wanted to try to add the statement to my application, but I don't see where there is an area to add anything.
