Visitor Extension - Able to Apply Online?

The last two times I've extended my stay as a visitor I was able to do so online. Now I keep trying to find the way to do this and it appears to no longer be an option. It also seems the fee has increased twofold... 100 dollars is now 200 dollars. Is this just the way things are now? Is there a way to apply online still?

The fee is still $100, as shown in the fee list here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp#visas_permits.

for some reason that exact link told me to apply OFFline the first time I went through the questionaire. The second time, it allowed me to apply online (and for 100 dollars). This is very confusing. But I've gotten it taken care of now, and I'm all set to remain in status while they review, YAY!

$200 is the fee for Restoration of Status, so you most likely put in an incorrect date that indicated you were out of status.
