Visitor applying for work permit from inside canda?

Hi Guys,

I got an on call job and I am wondering if it is possible to apply for a work permit from inside Canada without having to return to my home country to do it.


If not from inside Canada, can I apply directly to the new york office?

I am currently in Canada on a visitor visa
