visiting y husband in canada

hello i have a question in case someone could help i'ld be grateful ,, my husband is sponsoring me and it has been five months since we applied for the pr i am thinking about applying for a visitor visa and go visit him in canada.
if i was still in Canada while the decision is made and i got the visa do i have to go back to Lebanon in order to receive the visa or i can receive it in canada without the need to back to Lebanon.

Ya when you receive PPR in canada . Instructiins will be given to submitt passport at Ottawa for stamping. So no need to go back. Gud luck dear.
