Hello guys.........

Need advise did anyone visit his visa office for some situation during his PR process?
It's common and allowed to do that? Or is not possible? Email and mail are not responding

Thanks for any answer

No - it's not common.

Chances are that you won't even be allowed into the building.

thanks for replying

Even with Sponspor and her perents who are both all canadian Citizen?

Based on what other members have been saying, you're only allowed in if you have an appointment with them. This usually means you have an interview. Anyway, some of them have tried to visit the Manila VO. Doesn't matter if you're a Canadian citizen or not. What happened was that the security guard gave them a form to fill up to put in the drop box.

Depends on the country, really. If a Canadian citizen wants to go in to the embassy, they ordinarily can. They just probably won`t let you talk to anyone about your case. But if you tell them you want to talk to a consular officer, they`ll let you in. The officer will then tell you she or he cannot tell you anything about your case. They will note on your file that you were there making inquiries, if that is worth anything. In my case (going through Accra) I think it was worth the time. Going through a visa office in Europe, I would say it would not be worth the time. You or at least your Canadian citizen spouse will be able to get in, but they won`t tell you anything.
