My visiting visa has been approved and I was asked to send my passport and I have sent my documents for stamping and I have blocked my online account and cannot access it and I have got emails from VFS Canada informing that my application is pending and the reason is “Bio”. It’s been a month I’m trying to know what’s going on with my application but no use. Contacted VFS people And they escalated my issue but it never sorted out. Please let me know how to reset and access the blocked online account. TIA.
