Hi I started my mba in Vancouver in September 2018 and i haven't completed a semester yet but i have a break for two weeks in December in which i am planning to travel to us. I have no official transcripts with me since aleast one semester of mine in not completed. So can i go ahead and apply for us visitors visa with the undertaking given from college

I don't know the stipulations for a US visa, but as you have canadian study visa you will have no problem getting back into canada.

Just out of interest is your break a scheduled break (does everyone get it)? If it's not, you are running the risk of not getting a PGWP after your studies.

You’re more likely to be requested for proof of your status in Canada (study permit) than transcripts.
