I am genuinely confused as to whether I should apply for my temporary visit visa stating my primary purpose is to visit my little sister who has just left in JAN 2023 to canada for studies in order to assess her overall condition there.
FEW FACTS:
- She came home for about three weeks during our other sister's wedding in MAY.
- She looked stressed about the student life in Canada and we wanted to go see her life overall and help her settle more by understanding it first hand.
- She has changed the course of studies a month back. She went for IT related course then changed to Hotel operations, citing better oppertunities.
- So basically main purpose of the visit is to go see her, her apartment, the locality, the college, her social circle etc for our mental peace too.
- I have zero previous international visits. Canada will be my first application as far as visa applications go.
Will it be good purpose to mention in the Statement of visit? Or should I apply as regular visitor who has sister as student there?
