Visiting less than 6 months - Still says medical exam required, why?

Hello
I plan to visit for less than 6 months and have applied for a temporary visit visa. On the page where I need to upload necessary documents, it requires me to upload proof of an upfront medical exam. Do I really need to do the medical exam or am I on the application my mistake? If I am on the wrong application, Can you please tell me how to get to the right one because I answered the questionnaire and was provided with this application.

You might have answered in the questionnaire YES to the question about having done a medical exam in the last 12 months. If so, go back to the questionnaire (yes you can edit your current one) and change your answer.

Your country may require a medical exam. There are some countries with higher levels of communicable diseases like TB, hepatitis, etc. and Canada wants to prevent people from bringing the diseases into Canada if possible.
