I am going to enter the express entry pool in july
hoping to get my ITA in next couple weeks after i enter the pool, after applying for PR, can i leave canada. Planning to go to India for a month.
And if i dont get ITA , and get it while I am India, can I apply from there.

Not leaving the job, taking unpaid vacation from there.

You can not. They have specifically described as sibiling only so a person should be in your blood relation only. I will be applying in August as well for CEC catogery in EE. Good luck with that..

a Loan from bank for studies would be considered a financial help ?
