I'm planning to visit Canada during the holidays for vacation. I did my landing few months back and got my PR card. I plan on driving and taking my car (US license plate). I do not want to move to Canada yet.

- Is there any risk involved?
- What documents do I need to carry (PR card, etc.)?
- What questions will be asked at POE?

Thanks.

please answer. thanks.

There are no risks involved since you are considered a legal PR. You would be required to move back to Canada at some point to maintain your 2 out of 5 year residency requirement.

Just to clarify, I plan on driving to Canada for vacation of 2 days from US (it's close from where I stay).

No issues in that?
