Visiting Canada for 10 days what are the documents need to be carried

Hi I am on H1B Visa in US, I am planning to visit Canada on 12th July for 10 days, what documents I need to carry, so that I dont face any problem at Port of Entry in Canada as well as when I re-enter US.

Please help.
I have listed down a few documents, please add if anything more is needed:

1. My itinerary details
2. My Hotel Booking Details
3. My Visa Stamped Passport
4. I797 Form
5. My Company Bonafide letter
