Hi

I am in US on F1 Visa and already have Canadian Visitor Visa in past but never traveled to Canada visa is still valid. Recently my F1 reinstatement application was denied due to enrollment in Fraud University and wanted to travel to Canada before going back to home country.

Is there chances that I would be denied entry to Canada due to F1 reinstatement application rejection?

Thanks

Mandeep

You should be OK to travel - make sure you have a departing flight from Canada that you can show when you enter and keep the length of your trip to Canada reasonable. Keep in mind that the U.S. and Canada share immigration information and Canada will have access to your history in the U.S. Make sure you are honest in your responses when it comes to any questions asked - especially about your status in the U.S.
