hi evrryone my sister inlaw is a visit visa here and her husband is a permanent residence here in edmonton alberta, and right now she got pregnant what is the best thing that i can do cause we have to apply for the extension of the visa..?

Has her husband sponsored her for PR? If not, he should apply to sponsor her as his spouse inland.

If she wants to extend her status as a visitor, then she should follow this process:

When does her status expire? Preparing a sponsorship application takes time and requires documents from your home country.
