Visit visa

Hello all,
Need advise I applied my visit visa application from usa . But very next day I decided not to proceed so called my bank report get my money back . Now my visa is approved I receive email from ircc that I am due fee to them since I cancelled payment through my bank .
I don’t want to go how can I convince him that it was in error .
Also is something happens if I don’t pay and not send pp for stamping of visa

Since you’ve already been issued the visa, you need to pay the fee.

Why risk issues for $100? If you don’t pay, there’s a good chance you won’t be allowed into the country for a long while.

You should have cancelled your application when you changed your mind not simply cancelled the payment, you owe the money because they did the work. However I dont think there will be any real problem, dont see them coming after that amount, maybe if you decide to go someday they might bring it up again.

Yes I already paid my mistake. Sent the passport for stamping too .

I try to get the visitor visa for my fiance, We did not want to live in Canada.
He lives in Pakistan, I'm a USA citizen, I apply for a fiancee visa for USA But
the requirement is to meet in person. Then, my intention is to see him in Canada the nearest place for me to see him probably 7 to 9 days because I have strong reasons to not travel far, then ...there was the first refusal because they think he will not leave Canada. I try to apply again I started a new application but I saw this forum place with responses then I try now to get the better advice ,thank you for your time.
