Visit Visa Refused

Dear all,

I'm an Indian working in Qatar since 2016.

I have applied for Canada visitors visa on 10th 2019 from Qatar and I got refusal letter from embassy,

As mentioned below:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

Doccuments attached:
1.Last 6 months bank statement with bank balance of 12300 CAD dollars
2.Resident Visa of Qatar valid until 2021.
3.Previous Travel history made in 2003
Uk Visa
Switzerland Visa
Schengen Visa


Mistakes:

But I did mistakes for the bank statement. I have deposited money around 7000cad dollars before 4days of application.

I didn't attach my salary certificate and noc letter from my company

I didn't make any travel history in my new passport.

But after those mistakes, again I applied for Schengen Visa with all the doccuments which I missed during my Canada Visa and I made proper bank transactions for past three months and I got the Visa to Schengen and I traveled to three countries for a week ( Itlay, France, and Netherlands) and I came back to Bahrain last week.

But I'm planning to visit Uk by December and after getting Uk Visa I'm planning to apply for Canada Visa too and I'm planning to travel both the countries same time.

Can I apply like this again! Or I should travel to Uk come back again. After that I have to apply for Canada.

My plan to visit Canada mainly because I have visited Uk before. But for getting Canada Visa I'm applying Uk Visa and I'll do a travel to both Uk and Canada same time.

Kindly assist me can I do so! Or I can apply Canada Visa directly.

If you think by now you already addressed the 3 reasons why you were refused the first time, then you can apply again. Otherwise, if there is no change do not apply as the grounds indicated before might be the same reasons for your visa refusal

You need to have enough money for your stay >>funds to carry out your stated purpose in going to Canada. 4 to 6 months statement is
required. As the immigration officer is just checking your flow of income. Putting money at the last minute is really wrong.

Bear in mind that there is no interview in getting a Canadian Visitor Visa. Having said this you must submit as much documents to prove
to the immigration officer that you have ties—such as a job, home, financial assets or family—that will take you back to your home country.

But I'm planning to visit Uk by December and after getting Uk Visa I'm planning to apply for Canada Visa too and I'm planning to travel both the countries same time.

You've been to Italy, France and Netherlands recently. This means you have something to add to your Travel History. I think it is enough to apply directly for Canada Visa. But if you have money to burn, then apply for UK then Canada.

I have good paid job and I'm working for the same organization from 2016.
Job is the only ties and I have family in my home country (Father, Mother, Sister, Brother)


You've been to Italy, France and Netherlands recently. This means you have something to add to your Travel History. I think it is enough to apply directly for Canada Visa. But if you have money to burn, then apply for UK then Canada.

Yeah I'm planning to apply UK 1st before applying Canada Visa. As I have been to UK before. I have hope to get the Visa.
