Visit Visa Refused, Need Help

I Hope you are are doing great,
My visit visa was refused last week, I wounder I got the refusal email right after giving my biomatrics within 20/25 minutes And this is the complete Refusal letter

I have reviewed your temporary resident visa (visitor visa) application and supporting documentation to assess whether you meet the requirements for a visitor visa (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/eligibility.html). This includes assessing whether you are coming to Canada temporarily for the reason(s) you describe in your application. I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/I-2.5/index.html) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR) (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/index.html). I am refusing your application.
• I am not satisfied that you have truthfully answered all questions asked of you.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.

Here I Need Your Help To Understand Few Things,

1. Why they are saying your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) when I have just applied for the visit?
2. Is that normal getting the refusal just in 20 to 25 minuts after the biomatric?
3. Can I apply the visit again or not And if i can then what,s the time period for that?

Order GCMS notes. IRCC believes you have lied on your application. So have had previous refusals for Canada or any country? If you lied, you are lucky you didn’t get a procedural fairness letter. Yes a quick refusal is possible if you lied. You need to post your profile, length of visit, funds, why visiting Canada.

I applied through the agent I don't know what they have done I provided them all the orignal documents And I never got refusal from any country before, Is that possible about where they think was lied,
How can i order GCMS?

So did you read through your application with documentation that the agent sent in because you signed off on it. Agents are notorious for sending in fake documents or lying on applications.

So you have no idea what information or documents were provided in your application? You are responsible for knowing so ask your agent to see the filed application. You need to find out if your agent lied.

I asked them they are simply saying the Canada system has some kind of a glitch and system is auto replying thats the reason for the quick response and refusal decision.

I am refusing your application.

Glitches don’t cause this response. Ask to see the application that was submitted. Your rep is taking you for a ride. Assume you paid a fee for them to do it , it wasn’t free

There is no glitch, and you are very trusting of your agent. You have not even read what is in your application.

you need to ask yourself
- are you using a RCIC registered agent?
- why is your agent hiding your application from you?
- why you don't have a copy of your application?
- why you don't use your personal email on the application?

you are responsible adult and technology don't differentiate if you gave your docs to someone and someone pretended to be you.
you are lucky not to get a PFL letter and subsequently a long years ban.
