Visit visa is expired for 2 mos found a sponsor as a live in care giver

My visit visa is expired last mont but i Found a sponsor a jewish family to get me as a live in care giver. Is it possible to have my working permit with out going back in philippines? I graduated as a bachelor science of nursing way back home...pls help thank you

Your visit visa expired 2 months ago, but how are you still in Canada? You should be applying while inside Philippines.
