Visit Visa from Pakistan

HI

I am planning to apply for visit; my file for spouse sponsorship is already in process, We are out-land applicant and my husband is sponsoring me.

where can I get the forms from and what is the certainty of getting visiting visa ASAP? I wanna stay with him for few weeks only.

To get a visitor visa, you have to prove in your application that you will leave Canada. So you need things like: proof you have a job; a letter from your boss giving you leave for a few weeks, and stating you are expected back; proof you are going to school, and that you have a break, but are expected back (paying tuition for the term after your stay in Canada can help); proof of property ownership or a lease; proof of bank accounts or investments; a child left behind always helps; etc. Anything that will show you want to go back to Pakistan and are not planning to stay in Canada. Stating you are aware that overstaying your visa will jeopardize your PR visa, so you would never overstay, might help as well.
