Visit Visa for Adopted Child

Hi,

Me and My Wife are Indian Citizen, we are in CANDA on a permanent residence status and we don't have any child.
1 Month back we have adopted my real brothers Daughter (1 Year old) and legally we have completed CARA process in India and got Pre-Approval letter and based on this letter we also got Adoption Order from City Civil Court and now we wanted to bring the adopted child to CANADA on Visit Visa and then after some time apply for her Permanent Residence.

Did you guys see any issues in getting her the Visit Visa.

Unfortunately you really should have checked with a Canadian lawyer before going ahead with this adoption. This sounds like an adoption of convenience.

Yes, Child real parents are alive and the reason for adoption is we don't have a kid after 9 years of marriage.

Unfortunately your child will not be able to be sponsored. That is adoption Of convenience.
