my visit visa was refused on the grounds that i don't have ties in my home county and Canada and what does that mean, i peersonally don't have any relative in Canada but a friend had given me an invitation and can i use my appointment job offer letter to prove that i am hired on the job employment section

Ties refers to a job, family, assets and properties. These ties will be the reason for you to go back to your home country and not overstay in Canada. What did you presented previously to represent your ties?
An appointment offer is still not a tie and has no weight since you can simply ignore it. I see some people who are employed for less than a year who gets a refusal what more for an offer that hasn't commenced.
