Please my visit visa application to visit my family for the first time in Canada during the Easter holidays was refused on the following grounds.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
>Please kindly note that I presented the information of my family both in my country and the family member to visit
> Please kindly note that I presented my assets (House, cars, Company, tax clearance certificate, pay slip and one of my account with an amount of 10,000 Canadian Dollars.
Please I would like to re-apply but would like to know what to do right so as to get the visa when I apply for the second time.
