Visit Visa about to Expire and wasnt able to Travel because of COVID-19

I was granted my visit visa in January 2020 just before COVID-19 shocked the world. My visa expires on December 2020 and I wasnt able to use it. What happens now as this was not in my control and will I be able to extend it without having to reapply?

Any feedback would be appreciated so I know what I need to do.

You'll need to reapply for another visa
