We would require more information in order to help you - What's the status of your husband in Canada. Is he planning to sponsor you for permanent residence. Which country are you in currently etc

Unfortunately there's still a very good chance you will be refused. To be approved for a visitor visa, you must show you have strong ties to your home country and that you have no plans to remain in Canada long term. The fact that you are not a permanent resident of Japan will make it difficult for you to prove ties to your home country. The fact that you have a husband in Canada will also make it difficult to show that you have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. To increase your chances of approval, you should provide as much evidence as possible that shows you will leave Canada and return to Japan at the end of your trip.
