hello, my husband is a temporarry foreign worker in edmonton canada, he was denied with his AINP nomination because he was in occupationNOC C level, but his employer is extending his stay for 2yrs..we would like to know if he can get me a visitor visa?

He actually has not much to do with you getting a visa its all up to you to do this, check immigration canada under visiting canada and apply.If you are American you can go to the border and say your husband is working up here and you just want to go visit him they will just ask you a few questions to make sure your not planning to stay with him so have some proof that you have to return home letter from your employer,lease info, bank statement to show that you have money to support yourself while you are here and then it is up to them to decide if you are to come in or go home,

Ok so just apply for the visa you just need to really prove that you will be going home after your visit like somethings in your home country that you need to go back too.A job letter,a lease,a child....you just need to apply

we actually wants to go there so that my children will experience living in canada for just 6 mos, after that were heading back home...do you think we have a chance for a visitor visa?tnx again

Well just coming for a visit especially when your bringing your children may not be a good result as that is the whole thing with visitor visa is they want to make sure you will go home after your visit and unfortuanately your word is not good enough you need to prove why you have to return home.
A house you own,a job to go back to,a lease you have to return to.money in your account to support you while you are here.apply the worse they say is no,just remember you have to show you will go back home,
