hello, i have an invitation from a university for training for about three week and all the necessary document demand for me is provided but since we dont have an embassy in cameroon, hence dont know whether the problem is coming from the collection center or not for the refusal of visa.what can i do in this situation.

You can either apply online.... or you can submit your paper application to a VAC (Visa Application Centre). The VAC will forward your application to the Dakar visa office.

VACs do not influence/cannot make any decisions on visa applications.
