hi,
TCS tracking system is not working right.........they inform usually direct to home delivery......or some time they tell about your file through call.

If applied through Tcs visatronix then the CHC will send to ur postal address ur passport ,a letter called introduction letter and list of doctors for medical. you have to show ur passport plus introduction letter to doctor. The doctor will forward the medical result to CHC , and u have to send the passport back to CHC by Tcs visatronix .

Just one slight correction:

Letter of introduction: It is issued when you get your visa approved. This letter contains your permit reference number and the CBSA officer needs this letter to issue your study permit.

In your medical package, you get letter of medical instructions, DMP list, Medical form Section A etc.
