If my canadian visa expires on the 19th of Oct. Can i still use it??? And probably return to my homeland 2 days before the expiry date?

As long as you enter Canada before the expiry date you should be okay.

One other question. I got my passport renewed a month before my canadian visa expires my 1st passport expires. So my 1st passport expires on the 19th Oct which they cancel n cut thts the one that has my canadian visa which also will be expiring on the 19. Can i use it still or ill hv to travel with cancel n new passport

You have to travel to Canada with both.
