Hello
I have applied for residential visa for my further studies in Canada in June 2018 and still haven’t received any news about it. It’s been nearly 10 to 11 weeks and I’m really worried about it.
Who can I contact regarding this and what should I do as my university is starting soon.

Residential visa? Do you mean study permit?
You can contact IRCC via WebForm (Google it!) but you should also consider the possibility that you wont get permit on time so you will need to defer your studies till next intake, contact your school to find out how to do this.
