Visa withdraw time

Put visitor visa withdraw request through VFS on 4th Sept 2018 (New Delhi Office). When I will get my passport?
I have US visa appointment.

Hope you specified that you are NOT cancelling your visa application.

You must send an email + IRCC web form to NDVO to request for your passport to be returned to you without cancelling your current visa processing. VFS is not the correct entity for this matter

I sent mail to Canada High Commission Delhi but getting system generated reply.
can you give me IRCC web form link
I am doing all process through VFS, they already forward my request to Delhi Office
now status of application is as follow
Visa application, tracking ID No.20180730INBOTRV58611 is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, NEW DELHI.To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website.
withdrawal letter has been received for your application on 4/9/2018 and will be forwarded to the high commission.

My passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office NEW DELHI, on 20/09/2018 to the Canada Visa Application Center.
How much time it will take to get back.
