Visa was refused but went back to background check completed in the online account.

Hi Everyone,

My girlfriend's visitor application was rejected as per the latest status but it then went back to background check completed. We didn't receive any emails or notifications or letters for the rejection, just got all the info from the status in the account.

Has anyone encountered a situation like this before? I think they're giving us false hope now lol.
