VISA was accepted and have since received a good behaviour bond

I recently obtained a Visa to visit friends in canada but recently had to go to court and was issued a good behaviour bond, i answered no on the application to being arrested convicted or charged but want to rectify this now so that i am not refused entry upon arrival
