Visa Translation

Dear All,
I am in the process of applying for the renewal of my pr card. I have two Finnish visas and both of them are written only in Finnish and Swedish. Do I have to get them translated by a certified translator? I also have stamps from Finland. The stamp has date of entry and port of entry "Helsinki"; do I need to get them translated too?

I guess I will send my application for renewal of the PR card without the visa translation. Stamps are in Latin script just city names such as Copenhagen, Helsinki, Vienna etc.

I actually CIC and the agent told me anything in the passport pages that is not in English/French has to be translated. Luckily I found a translator for Finnish.
