Visa stamping- Urgent

Hi,

I am an Indian citizen staying in the USA. I will be applying to Canada on the basis of Intra company transfer. My attorney based in canada would be applying in NY office. I guess it takes about 3-4 months to process the application. I will be heading to India for my wedding in November. If they ask me to submit my passport, would it be possible for me to submit it in Bangalore, India? Cos i will not be able to fly to the US if they ask me to submit my passport in the US. Also, during the process can I also add my spouse on the application and apply a dependent application of for him?

ICT is a 2 step Process...1st you get the work Permit...which would be a paper that will mention for how long you get the work permit....Then you apply for TRV (stamp on passport), based on that WP...

So even if you are in India, the lawyer can choose the visa office in India for the stamping...

Regarding Dependent, you can definitely add them in the application but I would suggest checking with the lawyer about the timings...will he get it along with you or will there be a delay depends on what time you add him...
